This site is operated privately. Pro access and dataset licensing are services invoiced separately, under the legal and tax obligations applicable in Switzerland.

Subscription terms

The monthly feed is a subscription, so here is what it commits you to, before you ask.

• No minimum term. A monthly subscription runs month to month. An annual one runs twelve months from the first delivery.
• Notice: none. Write to contact@egid-vaud.ch and the subscription stops at the end of the current period. No form, no phone call, no retention offer.
• What happens to what you already received: nothing. Files delivered during the subscription remain yours to use, under the licence stated with them. Stopping does not revoke anything.
• Prices are those published on this site on the day of order, and do not change during a period already paid for.
• If a delivery does not happen — because the source register changes, becomes unavailable, or its licence changes — the corresponding period is not invoiced. We do not bill for a month we did not deliver.
• Refunds: a one-off dataset is delivered as a file and is therefore not refundable once sent — which is exactly why the sample and the fill rates are published in full beforehand, so nothing about the quality is discovered after payment.

⚠️ This is a service operated by one person, not a company with a support desk. That is stated here rather than implied: it is the reason the terms above are short, and the reason there is no notice period.

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with the European Commission, with any national competent authority, or with any notified body. EUDAMED is the name of a European Commission system and is used here only to identify the source of the data.

Accuracy

Data comes from the official register and is republished as-is, except for the Swiss municipality and canton, which we add and label as such. A record may be stale between two snapshots. Any correction or removal request is handled without delay — the official register prevails.

Data protection

Contact details published by operators in the official register are not reproduced on the public pages of this site.
